I love the Word! I'm one of eight children who grew up in the wooded outskirts of the Philadelphia area. I probably inherited the love of the Word from my father who conducted our bi-weekly family bible study, and required attendance at numerous churches each Sunday. One of my earliest childhood memories is seeing the first rays of the morning sun reflecting off his coffee cup next to his open Bible. I also remember, at a very young age feeling a sense of caution in reading other Christian books. I felt a warning by the Holy Spirit, that I should only read the Bible and not other books. I wondered about this for most of my life, but now I realize that it was for His divine purpose. The Lord did not want me to be influenced by the teachings of others. That's not to say that others are incorrect in their theology...it was just that the Lord had specific revelation He wanted to give me. So my studies and teachings are based from the Word, and not from the teachings of others. My life has been deeply entrenched in the Church and it's various denominations which has given me a wide perspective of traditional teaching. I've served in numerous capacities in the Church throughout my lifetime; and my love for the Word has opened opportunities for teaching and sharing the Word; mainly in Women's Bible Studies.
About 15 years ago I had an experience that brought a tremendous spiritual change in my understanding of the Scriptures. My habit was to get up early for study and prayer. This particular morning as I was sitting in my prayer closet, I felt the weight of a heavy robe come upon me. I thought my husband had come into the room without me knowing and put a heavy blanket on my shoulders. I turned and saw that no one was there, yet I could feel the weight of this invisible blanket. I realize now that the Lord had placed on me a mantle for "revelation of the Word."
"Then He opened their (the disciples) minds to understand the Scriptures." Luke 24:45
I believe the Lord has given me "fresh manna" - a fresh interpretation of the Word for this time. Much of the revelation I've received, differs from what has been generally taught in traditional settings, however it agrees with the Bible. I'm thankful that many people tell me that the Holy Spirit bears witness in their spirits of the truth of the messages. The Holy Spirit is able to "woo the hearts" of those that are open to hear the truth.
"to you it has been given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, but to them it has not been granted" Matt. 13:11.
"He who has ears to hear, let him hear!" Matt. 11:15
My Message and Ministry is for those who want to go deeper in their relationship with the Lord. It is for those with open hearts and those who can hear!
